"We have loved living in this flat for the past 5 years. Being located in the Forest Gate village area, Wanstead Flats is a stone's throw away offering lovely walks and was a life saver during lockdown. Not to mention the nearby arches with cafes and bars including the lovely Ramble cafe for coffee and its unrivalled cinnamon buns.

The flat itself is very quiet and spacious with french doors in the kitchen leading out to the south facing garden - glorious in the summer with the sun flooding in. Forest Gate has a community vibe that is like nothing else we have experienced in London, with the added benefit of great transport into central London whilst being so close to the wilds of Epping. This was such a perfect first home for us, and we will be very sad to leave but upsizing due to recently having a baby."
