Housing for Older People helps our customers to live independently in their own, self-contained home. This scheme has a part-time Independent Living Advisor on site.

There's a resident's car park, with great transport links to the town centre which is only a couple of miles away, making it easy to get to local shops and restaurants on the high street. We're sorry, but no pets are allowed.

You won't have to pay a deposit or agent's fees, just the first 2 week's upfront rent when signing your contract for you new home. During your appointment, we'll also do a financial assessment for you, in case we can help with any financial support. We will work with you to get your rent account 4 weeks in advance in a way to suit your current income. If your circumstances prevent you paying 2 weeks up front, we will agree an affordable re-payment plan with you so don't worry, but we do require 1 weeks rent upfront as a minimum.
