I was looking for something new as I did not want the hassle of doing lots of DIY and was only looking within the village. After looking at a few properties I was becoming a bit despondent as they were either too small or very dark. I received a call from Cubitt & West about this one and although it wasn’t brand new it was previously purchased for someone's son to live in but he never moved in. I loved the idea that it was right in the centre of the village and had allocated parking and a lift. Once inside I was amazed by the spacious feel and that it was on the top floor.

I wasted no time in making an offer and have been very happy here but I am now buying another home in a different location and will be sad to leave.
