My late mother and father lived here for 35 very happy years and during that time they made sure they kept on top of the maintenance. The bungalow has central heating and double glazing.

When they bought this bungalow it had two bedrooms, however as they didn’t need both of them, they removed the wall of the second bedroom, which gave them a much better use of the space available. However, I do feel that if somebody needed two bedrooms that it would be relatively easy to reinstate the small dividing wall to recreate a second bedroom.
