The rent for the property is £325.00 per calendar month, with an additional £50 per calendar month for utility bills.

The property will be let on a six month assured shorthold tenancy.

The common areas of the property are cleaned on a weekly basis by a professional cleaning company.

The property does have parking (subject to availability) for an additional charge of £25 per calendar month.

In addition to the first months rent a deposit of £375.00 will be required. This will be registered with 'Deposit Protection Scheme' (DPS) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the DPS.
