It is a great investment all round, the location is good because it is central to everything, so even if you don't drive or have a car you can still get around without any worry or hassle whatsoever.

Saying it is also quiet is an understatement, you only drive in here if you are a resident or just visiting, you won't have the worry of constant road noises.

The block is a modern one so very easy to maintain.

We love everything about his flat, but now that we have relocated our circumstances have changed, so we do hope the new buyers will enjoy it as much as we have.
