The secure entry system takes you in to a bright communal hall and once inside the main flat you will be pleasantly surprised by what's in store. The lounge/diner is a superb size with plenty of room for relaxing and there's also a fantastic large window which floods the room with plenty of natural light. If you crave a decent size kitchen then you will be pleased with the space here as there is lots of work top space and units allowing the chef of the home to get out the recipe books and cook up a storm. The bedroom has lots of space and with built in wardrobes, all you need to worry about is a double bed and you can just unpack! The bathroom is bright and modern and is the ideal place to escape for a well earned soak when you fancy a bit of "you time". What the Owner says:

This home was perfect for Mum as she could get everywhere she needed to from here. It was a flat walk into town and easy access into Guildford where she loved to shop.
The community is friendly, keeping an eye out for each other yet keeping themselves to themselves at the same time and Mum settled in really quickly and stayed for 24 years! She was an artist so loved the fact that there was always somewhere to walk and lots of open countryside such as the Nower and Ranmore, to inspire her work.
The bathroom has been replaced since living here and as Mum had quite modern taste, apart from changing colour schemes, the new buyer should be able to move in and enjoy immediately.
