I was looking for a property to buy, it had to be close to town and within walking distance to Horsham station. The Kings Gate development stood out to me and as soon as this one come onto the market I knew I would love it.

I lived here for a couple of years, then when I met my partner I moved in with him but I did not want to loose such a great apartment so I decided to rent it out. As soon as I put it on the market it went straight away. I have now decided that it is time to invest in another property as I have moved out of the area, maybe even a property abroad.
