Walthamstow Village is minutes away as well, an area packed with very good placed to eat, good bars, and boutique shps, on the weekends it is buzzing with all the pavements packed with tables and chairs outside the different places to eat, everyone seems to be chilled out, having a good time.

You can enjoy morning sun streaming in at the front and, at the back, beautiful sunsets over the rooftops and the downstairs neighbours' beautifully tended garden. Only eight minutes walk to Walthamstow Central, five minutes to the Village and five minutes to Lloyds Park, this flat is perfectly located. We are moving to find a second bedroom for our baby son but we will be very sorry to turn our backs on eight very happy years in Howard Road.
