PRICES Room rate of £85.00 per night. Minimum stay of 14 nights. Deposit payable equivalent to 14 x the agreed nightly room rate. Deposit held as security against any damage to the fabric of the apartment or any fixtures and fittings therein. Deposit payments will be taken in the form of a pre-authorised payment on a debit or credit card.  

CANCELLATION POLICY If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the booking, then a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking fee will be payable. If a reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the booking, then a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the booking fee will be payable. If a reservation, once occupation of the property is underway, is cancelled prior to the expiration of the agreed term, then a fee equivalent to 14 x the agreed nightly rate will be payable.
