And as everyone knows, we only do nice properties and in the case of bedsits we have the best bedsits in the whole area. This bedsit is no exception!



So what have we here...



We have a large bedsit in a shared flat where there is one other working male tenant.



Your room is the room at the front of the property and is the larger room of the two we have in this property.



Your room is secure with it's own lockable door and only you have access to it.



The cleaner that comes to the property will attend to the shared areas to maintain standards within the property and keep an eye on maintenance issues and report them to our office so that they can be dealt with swiftly and efficiently.



This room is available furnished - as shown in the pictures, and we do have additional furniture available if you need anything else (within reason). Alternatively if you have your own furniture we can remove what is not required... not a problem.



There is a shared kitchen and and bathroom within the accommodation.



The Kitchen is pretty much as seen in the pictures and contains all you need to just move in - except you food of course.



There is a washing machine and a large built-in fridge freezer as well as a built-in hob, oven and extractor.



The Bathroom is comprised of a wash basin, wc and bath with electric shower over. It is everyone's responsibility to keep this clean and our cleaner will keep an eye on it to maintain standards.  

Other information... There is also a vacuum, iron and ironing board within the property for you to use.



The whole property has been freshly painted and decorated and is ready to move into immediately.



Generally our tenants stay several years and it's not very often these rooms come available as Lower Darwen is a very popular location due to it's prime location and close proximity to local shops, motorway connections, neighbouring towns and thriving employment areas.



We also have other bedsits in other areas... eg Mill Hill, Darwen, Blackburn, Accrington and Oswaldtwistle, so if you miss this one or prefer another area contact our office to discuss your requirements, our staff will be more than happy to assist.

So what else is included???



All domestic bills are included (subject to fair usage). This includes Gas, Electric, Council Tax, TV License, Water Rates. Sky TV is also FREE.



A cleaner will attend the property on a regular basis to monitor and maintain standards in the communal areas such as kitchen, dining room and bathrooms etc.. Our cleaner will not enter or clean your room. She is not there to wash up your dirty plates. She will monitor food left in the fridge/freezer and dispose of out of date items.



We have a 24/7 Tenant Support Line and full online maintenance reporting system for Maintenance Issues so you know things that require attention will be dealt with promptly and efficiently in priority order.



Please NOTE: You MUST be a working person (or a mature student) to rent this property. We WILL NOT consider DSS/Housing Benefit Applicants for this property. (If you are on Housing Benefits please contact our office as we may have other bedsits available for you).

Non Refundable £225 Application Fee, Then at Point of Moving In - £800



Also... We DO NOT ALLOW pets of any kind.  

Proof of ID Pay Advance Rent Prior to Moving In: 4 weeks at x £100 = £400
