We bought the apartment brand new about nine years ago. For some of that time it has been rented out and we have always found it very easy to get and keep tenants because of its size and location.

It is an ideal flat for someone looking to get onto the property ladder for the first time. It has it's own entrance, so the property feels more like a small house than a flat. and we've always liked the open plan style and the amount of space on offer.

It feels safe and secure here, with all local amenities almost on the doorstep. As keen cyclists, we've always thought that the bike store is really useful, along with an allocated parking space to the rear of the building.
