***Vendor's comments:*** I purchased the flat in 2017 mainly because of its proximity to East Croydon Station which offers direct routes into London Bridge, London Victoria and Gatwick Airport. With Sandilands Tram stop just across the road, it makes journeys into Croydon and all the way to Wimbledon really easy. Addiscombe has a lovely high street and it is just a short walk to Lloyd Park which has some really great walks making you feel like you are out in the countryside.

Another attraction for me of this flat over others viewed is its convenient position in a beautiful building located within a conservation area. The flat offers a great deal of space and I love the features of the arched doorways and large fireplace. The car parking at the rear of the property was a huge bonus and the communal gardens have been a lovely place to have a BBQ or sit in the sun with a book. Having lived in the flat for five years I am choosing to sell this year as I am planning to relocate permanently to Chester.

Since moving in I have had a new bathroom fitted, painted the property throughout and replaced the hob. The building has also had a brand new roof two years ago, new front doors and the car park has been updated. I will miss Boxpark the most, I have enjoyed being so close to such a great event venue and with all the outlets being on Deliveroo it makes for a great takeaway night in too.
