This development is being constructed over three phases. This apartment forms part of phase 2 of the development.
Phases 2 and 3 of the development are due for occupation from May 2022 and October 2022 respectively, however it is always possible that delays may occur. Any negotiated tenancy will only be able to start once the specific apartment is ready to occupy and the landlord has signed the tenancy agreement.
Prior to this all viewings will be carried out in show flat units or by the sending of virtual videos. The show apartments are designed to be a representation of the general nature and standard of the development and intended finishes. Your chosen apartment may vary in size, layout, aspect, kitchen, furnishing colours, overall finishes and provided fixtures and fittings.
