Sellers commentsI love how the whole place is filled with natural light - light that pours in through large windows, illuminating the freshly varnished floorboards throughout.
I think it’s the period features that give the place so much character, from the sash windows to the high ceilings. There’s a real sense of space here. I love sitting in the large kitchen around the dining table, chatting with friends and family while the sun sets through the windows.
Another of my favourite things is the bi-fold doors in the lounge - these give access to the sun-filled back garden, blending indoor and outdoor space. With its lawn and two patios, i’ll miss dining in the garden when the sun’s out.
It’s a really harmonious place on a quiet street with friendly neighbours. It’s a nice contrast to the bustle of the Crystal Palace Triangle, which I can walk to in just a few minutes. I’m always popping to the local antiques shops to pick up a new, one-off piece for the flat. And I absolutely love the jewel in the area’s crown: The Everyman Cinema.
There’s plenty of lovely parks and woods nearby too. I love listening to the woodpeckers in Spa Wood, taking our toddler to Westow Park playground, and heading to Crystal Palace Park for the South Facing festival. I’m really going to miss this place!
