I bought my flat a few years ago and loved it because it is so different. In fact, there are only 4 of these apartments in total. Mine does own its own freehold which is a very valuable asset.

The fact that I don't adjoin another flat is also a real benefit as you don't get any noise from neighbours, so it is very very quiet.

I now have to relocate which is why I am selling. Whilst I am not in any immediate hurry, I would like to find the right buyer fairly quickly.
