purchasing this apartment was one of the easiest decisions I ever made. The detail of the period features from the ceiling roses to the cornicing and the ceiling heights was better than I had seen anywhere else.
The lounge and both bedrooms have bay windows allowing the light to fill nearly all areas of the flat and if it wasn't for the fact I want my own private garden I would never move!
The location is excellent. We love being by the Leas, its a lovely part of Folkestone with an old fashioned charm. On a practical note we are also close to the town centre and the station which with its fast link trains to London, its very convenient.
