As soon as I stood outside the building waiting to view the apartment I knew I wanted to live here, I couldn't wait to get through the front door, and when I did I wasn't disappointed. I have thoroughly enjoyed my six years here, it really is a lovely place to live for so many reasons, both inside the flat and the location itself, especially during the summer months and being so close to the beach and Esplanade is priceless, and is something I shall miss greatly as I move on. The neighbours here have also helped to make it such a pleasurable place to live and are a quiet, considerate and friendly bunch. The garden is a real sun trap and is brilliant for topping up my tan when I'm not at the beach that is!!
