When we were first looking to buy we just could not find a property to suit our needs. The apartments were either all too small or not in the right sort of location.

When St James Road came up it was such an easy choice as it was far bigger than what we had been viewing and being split level was such a bonus.

Since being here it has been a labour of love updating the property to the standard it is. It will be sad to leave, but know we are handing over a superb place to the new owners.
