I have lived here for nearly 30 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is great - it’s so quiet and peaceful but I also have access to everything I need, both High Brooms and Tunbridge Wells train stations are just a short walk away. There is plenty of parking here too so I don’t need to worry when I have family and friends over to visit. I enjoy the space and character that the apartment offers. I have recently updated the bathroom but there is still scope for someone to put their own mark on this property. I hope the new owner enjoys living here as much as I have.
