I bought this 40' x 20' park home 2 years ago - I was downsizing and loved the semi-rural location. It needed quite a bit of work doing and I was keen to take on a project. I've put in a new kitchen and bathroom, replaced the windows and boiler, had the chassis and jacks replaced and replaced the roof. I also redecorated and had new flooring laid. Circumstances have now changed and I hope the new owners will enjoy the improvements that have been made.
