Despite being so close to the town, this position is really quiet and even the local pub over the road caters for more of a regular clientele. Being able to head off to the beach and leave the car at home is great in the summer when the parking is few and far between. Even if you do not fancy the hustle and bustle of the beach you can still venture outside your door to the garden to enjoy the sunshine or put the washing out.
