We bought this home over 10 years ago after looking at several other properties. We chose this one because of the space and potential it had and also because of its excellent location. Being able to walk to Wandle Park, which is just at the end of the road, has been fantastic.

Since owning this house we have re-decorated it throughout and enhanced our home well. We are sure the new owners will be very happy here.

The location is great as it's within walking distance of the Croydon High Street with its shops and bars, and a short distance from West & East Croydon train station.
