This was my first time buy approximately 18 years ago when I decided that this was the home for me as it was such a good size and had the benefit of side access to the rear garden.
Since owning the house I have done so much including replacing the kitchen, installing a new shower room, flooring, roof, bathroom suite, added the conservatory and decorated throughout. With a velux window already installed in the roof you could even extend if the necessary planning consents are obtained.
