This house has been a lovely home for us but the time has come for us to down size. It is great to live in a Victorian home with lots of character such as the large windows, high ceilings and stripped wood floor. The space in this house is unlike I remember seeing anywhere else when we were looking for a house.

Being opposite the park is perhaps something we may take for granted now but this is a lovely outlook and it is of course very handy for getting into town.

We have been busy making this house the very best it can be and perhaps the new owners will take this even further but we really hope that the next people enjoy it as much as we have.
