The flat itself is very spacious; having the utility room as for storage as well as two large double bedrooms and space for entertaining have been a big help. The transport links are great with nearby stations (Sydenham and Penge East stations both in easy walking distance) and bus routes meaning we can get around day or night. This has been our first married home together and we will miss it!"
