We initially rented our apartment in 2009 and liked it so much we bought it! We love the great views from the master bedroom and over the years have made some improvements including more storage, lighting, re-decorating and re-carpeting.

It is the perfect location for us. Only five minutes walk to the tube station makes commuting a 'breeze'. Being one row back from the High Street, it is quiet yet so close for all that Epping has to offer (gym, restaurants, cafés, unique shops, Tesco and M&S). Epping forest is not far away to enjoy outdoor pursuits at the weekend.

We really have loved living here. We will be sad to leave.
