The last thing that I wanted to do in my spare time was DIY, so buying a brand new property was the perfect solution and Grace Court has been a fantastic first time buy for me. The apartment is still under it's NHBC warranty and the management company take care of any day to day issues.

I chose this particular apartment because of its position facing into the court rather than facing the road. I also have the benefit of not having anyone above me so it’s always nice and quiet, ideal for relaxing in the evenings.
