As a first time buyer I was keen to get onto the property ladder as prices were on the increase again. With my mortgage agreed and my budget fixed I viewed potential properties but had been continually disappointed by just how small they were, so seeing this property for the very first time really did impress me. The large lounge, and 18ft kitchen/diner and the double second bedroom were so much better than anything else I had seen, so I made an offer and thankfully it was the last property I had to view.
