Living in Walthamstow for the last 20 or so years we've always loved the character and history of the Warner flats, so we were thrilled when we came to own one ourselves.

A flat with it's own front door and front and back gardens is a rare thing these days. The back garden is a haven to relax and entertain in and the area is quiet and peaceful.

At weekends you can just hear the bell-ringers practising in the distance at St. Saviour's church. We have loved living here and hope the new owners become as fond of our lovely flat and gardens as we are.
