Seven years ago I wanted to get my first property and at the time this apartment seemed to have more space than the houses I viewed, but the big bonus was the 2 parking spaces; I was sold on it.
After lots and lots of viewings having to park far away from the properties I knew that the parking was worth it's weight in gold.
5 years ago I moved to Ireland and let the flat out and yes, it has proved to be a great investment over the years. I have just lost a really great tenant so I guess after replacing the kitchen and repainting its time for someone else to benefit from the property.
