I bought the house from new nearly 10 years ago and could not have been happier living here. Originally built for myself to live in, over the more recent years I have rented the property out and have never had an issue with finding a tenant. I loved the views of the surrounding countryside from the first floor and how bright and spacious the property felt.
Since moving in I had a new combination boiler installed in 2015 and this comes complete with an eight year warranty. I hope whoever buys the property will enjoy living here as much as I did and am selling the property with no forward chain to assist a smooth operation.
