I bought this house around 12 years ago mainly due to the location. It was close to my work and my parents and Dorking High Street and station is just a short drive away.
Since living here I have had a new kitchen and bathroom installed and replaced the boiler in 2010.
I have really enjoyed living here - it is such a quiet area with beautiful countryside right on your doorstep. There is a real community and North Holmwood cricket club is worth exploring.
I am now looking to have a change of lifestyle and so will be moving away from the area and I am selling with no onward chain.
