I originally bought the property as a project to keep me busy and entertained but also for my family when they visit the island. The property needed some upgrading as the previous owner had been here for well over 50 years and very little had been done to the cottage. After a lot of hard work and several contractors in and out, I have restored this beautiful listed cottage back to its former glory and everything has been done with care, love and attention to a high standard of finish. I really love it here and you just can’t beat the location which is exceptional. It’s quiet and peaceful with a nice outlook but also close to the town centre. Now the project is finished, I have chosen to sell the property and move onto the mainland. I hope whoever moves here really enjoys my home as much as I have.
