The house needed a fair amount of work when we moved in and following the refurbishment, the majority of the inside of the house is brand new. The addition of the outside office/studio space (which replaced an old shed) has created an ideal environment for the days we work from home. It also works well, in conjunction with the newly landscaped garden, as an entertainment area during the summer months. The road is really quiet and very family orientated. We go for lovely walks in Priory Park daily as it's less than 5 minutes down the road. Reigate High Street is also just a short walk away. 
We've loved living here and didn't plan to move out so soon but we need a bit more space now for our growing family.
