You will be asked to complete an application form for each prospective tenant over the age of 18 which will contain the information required to obtain a full credit check and references. It is important to complete every part of the form and to include all relevant telephone numbers and email addresses.As well as a signed copy of the Tenancy Application Form we will require a copy of your I.D. photograph a Driving License or current Passport plus Proof of Residency such as a Council Tax bill, Utility Bill or Bank Statement which is less than 3 months old.
