Delamere Lake Holiday Park

Situated in Cheshire’s largest area of woodland set around the stunning 120-acre lake, Delamere Lake Sailing & Holiday Park is a natural haven of tranquillity and wildlife. The beautifully appointed lodges feature every comfort you could need for a break away, whatever the weather. With private sun decks and outdoor hot tubs making this park a haven of comfort and relaxation.

For those who love the outdoors, you have everything you could want right outside your front door, onsite wakeboarding, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and open water swimming.

Buckland

Enter the Buckland Lodge and you’ll appreciate the really spacious hallway, which features a large cloakroom cupboard, handy for storing coats and household appliances. But the open-plan living layout of the Buckland Lodge is where you’ll find it makes a real statement. The vaulted roof and French doors that have full height cathedral windows above results in a really calm, airy home. You’ll be just as impressed with the kitchen. Style-wise, it’s bang up to date with its glossy beige units, high spec appliances. Plus, there’s a handy breakfast bar with comfy white leather stools.

You will also find two double bedrooms in the standard Buckland Lodge, where the master has a big walk-in wardrobe and en-suite, which has a shower pod.

Delamere Lake Annual Charges

Pitch fee bands for the 2021/22 season are: Main park = £4,680, Lakeside, = £5,720

These annual charges also cover maintenance of services on park, landscaping, lighting, owner events and the day to day up-keep of the park. The benefits of being an owner at Delamere Lake Sailing & Park include access to our park, private walks and leisure facilities which include:
