Priority 2: 28/05/2022 - 25/06/2022
If no person qualifies in Priority 1 or 2, the qualifying criteria is extended to the whole of Flintshire, qualifying criteria as noted above.

Priority 3: 26/06/2022 - 19/08/2022
If no person qualifies in Priority 1 or the qualifying criteria is extended to a radius of 30 miles within Wales, i.e. To Counties of Denbighshire and Wrexham, qualifying criteria as noted above
