Property description
The property.
This charming and characterful cottage would for everyday use be accessed by the side door from the garden leading into the kitchen. The modern kitchen has a range of wall and base units with plenty of cupboard space, a Belfast sink and a stone tiled floor. Just off the kitchen is the bathroom with a smart white suite that includes an over bath shower and a window to the rear. The superb open plan sitting /dining room is a great entertaining space and has a wood burning stove. On the first floor there is a generous main bedroom, a good second double room and a third bedroom that also currently doubles as a study. Note: Should a bathroom upstairs be required, with the plumbing to the rear of the house, it might be possible to convert the back bedroom in to a spacious bathroom and perhaps create a study, or even a larger kitchen/breakfast room with the existing bathroom space on the ground floor, alternatively they may also be potential to build above the existing bathroom to provide a first floor bathroom—both options subject to planning/building regulations.
Outside
The pretty rear garden is enclosed by stone wall and panel fencing that wraps around from the rear to the front and has a flag stoned terrace. There is a small area that is laid to shingle. There is a large shed to the rear of the house.
