Lifestyle & location... Felixstowe Beach Holiday Park enjoys a fantastic coastal location, just minutes away from a stunning beach along the Sunrise Coast.

Felixstowe is an attractive Victorian town, known as the 'Garden Resort of the East Coast'. This is due to it's extensive and beautiful gardens, situated along it's long, level promenade and in the town centre. The seafront gardens are listed on the English Heritage Register of Parks and Gardens of National Importance, you are in the perfect spot to do some exploring!

There is a great selection of facilities on the park, you'll find a fantastic heated indoor swimming pool complete with flume - ideal for younger guests and those who are just young at heart, a family clubhouse complete with restaurant which was recently refurbished in 2021, family bar, amusement and arcade area, plus an adventure playground and mini-mart shop! Even though Felixstowe Beach is not an entertainment park, during the school summer holidays the park provides fantastic toe-tapping live cabaret shows - perfect for the whole family to enjoy!

Don't forget to visit Southwold and the Suffolk coast during your stay, it's one of those must-see places, and boasts a gorgeous Blue Flag beach.

Agents notes... Please note that the lodge is available for use and occupancy for 11.5 months of the year from 1st March - 14th February. Access to the park is available from 10am - 4pm daily throughout the closed period.

We have been advised by Felixstowe Beach Holiday Park that proof of main residence is required upon purchase. (Your residence may be in the UK or abroad) You cannot live on site permanently.

We have been advised that the pitch fees for 2022 are free of charge with the pitch fees for 2023 payable at a cost of £3,000 rising to £4,000 for 2024. Take advantage of no service charges for the next 1.5 years and start your stay-cation holiday now!

All Holiday homes at Felixstowe Beach Holiday Park are subject to annual fees including annual pitch fees (payable in advance or on direct debit), insurance, utility bills, water and local authority rates which is an approximate cost of £487 per month. Please note that council tax is not applicable to holiday homes and there is no stamp duty to pay.

We have been advised that the pitch fee includes landscaped ground maintenance, grass cutting and edging, security, refuse collection, street lighting, high speed internet service (installation costs apply for internet).

As a holiday home owner you are also entitled to enjoy the swimming pool, lifeguard attendants, play park, arcade, owner passes, family bar, children's entertainment, owner only events, full entertainment programmes.

The furniture and fittings as shown in the photos is included in the sale price, you just need your clothes along with food and drink to start enjoying this lovely coastal setting.

We have been advised by the holiday park that these holiday homes are leasehold and each villa and caravan/holiday homes come with 20 years from the time of manufacturing and holiday lodges come with 30 years.

We are open for business. Viewings and valuations are possible, with ppe required by all parties please. The members of two properties are permitted only, in one property at any given time. As face to face viewings and valuations are not possible for some and to spare wasted journeys for others we are offering FaceTime or WhatsApp Video viewings and valuations at most of our properties (4g/wifi allowing) Where there is no signal we can conduct a video tour of the property to send to you.
