We have raised our children and grandchildren in this house and have some amazing memories here. The only reason we are selling our home is we now need a bigger property to accommodate our extended family. We have owned this property for approximately 35 years and have loved living here.

We have just recently redecorated the property, installed a new porch and replaced some windows in the main house. We have also replaced all the windows and doors of the garage. The property has not been extended but can be extended at the back or to the side like some of the neighbours have.

The house is close to, Mitcham, Streatham, Norbury and Croydon which have a selection of good restaurants and stores. There is a Mediterranean restaurant which has recently opened in the area which is very popular with the locals. It is close to the Croydon University hospital as well as local doctor’s and dentist’s surgeries. There are good transport links with Mitcham Eastfields station nearby.

We will miss our friendly neighbours as well as the large garage which has been very good for storage!"
