We have raised our children and grandchildren in this house and have some amazing memories here. The only reason we are selling our home is we now need a bigger property to accommodate our extended family. We have owned this property for approximately 35 years and have loved living here.

There is a Mediterranean restaurant which has recently opened in the area which is very popular with the locals. It is close to the Croydon University hospital as well as local doctor’s and dentist’s surgeries. There are good transport links with Mitcham Eastfields station nearby.
