The Bussey Building & Copeland Park complex, plus Peckham Levels and Market Building are also just a short walk from your door - for the trendiest of eateries, drinkeries, plays, exhibitions and the like (don't miss the rooftop bars in the warm months). We like Tonkotsu for Ramen, and Forza Wine particularly.

The triangle at the end of Peckham Rye Park and Common's 113 acres is also awash with places to eat, drink and hang out; Good Neighbour, Mr Bao, Banh Banh and Voodoo Ray’s being a handful. Bellenden Road, Choumert Road, Blenheim Grove and Rye Lane dish up more food and drink options; we especially like Miss Tapas, Artusi, Levan, Il Giardino, The Begging Bowl and Ganapati.

Camberwell, New Cross and Deptford are also no great distance by bus, cycle or foot.

Kids or thinking of? Local schools include Edmund Waller, Ivydale, Oakdale, Rye Oak and St Mary Magdalene C of E primaries. Banana Moon Day Nursery on Machell Road is also close.
