I stepped into my home about 25 years ago, it appealed to me because it was a cross between a house and a bungalow.
Working in the City the location is excellent, I usually walk to Emerson Park, however I sometimes commute via Gidea Park if I fancy a longer walk.
The area is excellent and my social circle is all nearby. I am moving as I wish to downsize.
