Since living in the bungalow we have modernised it throughout. The first time I saw the view over Appuldurcombe I was sold on it and we enjoy taking our dog for walks in the grounds and on the many paths which are also right on our doorstep. We have made many improvements to the heating, windows, bathroom and kitchen and would like to think someone can move straight in. Our next project was going to be the garden but we have left this so the next buyers can come in with their own ideas. The views from the top are incredible and we had visions of putting a decked area up there to take full advantage of them. The time has come for a bigger property, but we will hopefully not be moving too far away.
