I bought this property from new back in 2004 as it was ideally located only a few minutes from Faversham station, which was ideal for me as I work in the City.

I wanted a property that required little or no maintenance, where I could come home after a hard days work and relax of an evening and enjoy the weekends without having to worry about repairs and ongoing maintenance issues.

It has proved a great home for me but time has now come to move on so I hope the new owners will enjoy this house as much as I have.
