DIRECTIONS  From the centre of Crediton proceed towards the lower end of the High Street, into Union Road, Charlotte Street and then Exeter Road.  Take the turning on the right into Four Mills Lane, and follow the lane for around 75 yards.  Orchard Villa will be found on the left hand side.
