When we moved here we were looking to down size from a very large, detached house and was finding it difficult to find a property with the right sized rooms and in the right location. We were lucky enough to stumble across this property as, although we have lived in the area for over forty years, we never knew it was here.

It was in a state of disrepair when we bought it and the plot was completely overgrown but, as soon as we stepped into the hallway, we knew we had found our next home.

The bungalow was of a really good size and had lots of loft space so could, potentially, be extended subject to the correct planning permission.

This is a private close which we share with two other properties and, since moving in, they have become good friends as we all look out for one another but respect our own privacy.
