I bought this home from plan as a new build and went for this executive design as the bedrooms were large in this one and the plot was a great size too. I have had a wonderful time living here and over the last few years I had to rent it out as I have been working up in London and my tenants have all loved it here too. It’s now being sold with vacant possession and my last tenants left the home in lovely condition; they even decorated right through so it’s like brand new again. I would love to stay here again myself but it is just too big for one person, I really want to see a family here again enjoying the home like it was designed for. I will buy something close by though as I love the area, just a little smaller.
