We were living in a two bedroom flat in East Grinstead and wanted something a little more rural for walking the dog and somewhere that offered good schooling for our children. After researching a few areas we found ourselves drawn to Southwater because of the reviews on the schools and Country Park, so we focused our search here. We looked at quite a few properties but we loved this one as it was fairly new. Set alongside lots of character houses, and close to the Country Park, the internal space was perfect for us and the children.

We have loved living here and will not be moving far, but we no longer need all the space.
