When I bought this home it was a two bedroom cottage with a large garage on the side, I have since extended into the garage to create the large lounge and on the first floor to create the main bedroom and bathroom. I love the location here as it is so quiet, as I don’t drive I can easily walk into town from here as well as having the train station and a bus route nearby.

The home really does offer the best of both worlds as its also only a short walk to the beach from here. Popping to the cinema is also an option as it offers fantastic value and is a great way to spend an afternoon.
